Refund Policy

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY 

Kay’s Klassy Connections LLC
Effective January 2025

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party production partner. Because of this, all replacements and refunds must align with their production and quality guidelines.


1. DAMAGED, MISPRINTED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

✔ Contact us within 7 days of delivery
✔ Provide clear photos of the issue
✔ Include your order number

Once verified, a replacement will be issued through our production partner.


2. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong print, size, or product, please notify us within 7 days.
We will arrange a replacement at no charge.


3. LOST OR NEVER-DELIVERED ORDERS

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We will submit an investigation request with our production partner

  • If approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost

Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier may not qualify for replacement.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Because all items are made to order:

❌ We do not accept returns
❌ We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse
❌ We do not offer exchanges
❌ We do not refund for incorrect sizes ordered
❌ We do not refund for wrong shipping addresses entered at checkout
❌ We do not refund for minor color variations (screen vs. print differences)


5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the instant-access nature of digital items, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.


6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they enter production, which may occur within hours of purchase.
