By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All content on this website—including but not limited to artwork, illustrations, characters, patterns, designs, graphics, gift wrap, logos, product images, templates, mockups, digital downloads, text, and branding—is the exclusive property of Kay’s Klassy Connections LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless you have written permission, you may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, screenshot, download, print, or save our designs
Use our artwork for commercial or personal projects
Upload our designs to Printify, Etsy, Canva, Amazon, Pinterest, or any platform
Trace, edit, recolor, or create derivative works
Train AI tools using our images
Use our characters in new storylines, merchandise, or digital products
Republish our content on social media or websites without credit
Remove watermarks or copyright notices
Violations will be met with immediate DMCA takedowns and legal action.
3. PROHIBITED AI USAGE
To protect our original characters and artwork, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Uploading our artwork into ANY AI tool (Midjourney, Kittl AI, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, etc.)
Using our work for dataset training
Using AI to recreate, reinterpret, or generate designs that mimic our style
Using AI to create versions of our characters or patterns
Any attempt to use our work in AI pipelines will be treated as copyright infringement.
4. PERMITTED PERSONAL USE
Visitors may view and share our products or designs ONLY for inspiration or promotion with proper credit and no commercial use.
Permitted use includes:
✔ Posting a link to our website or product
✔ Sharing our content on social media with clear credit (“Artwork by Kay’s Klassy Connections LLC”)
✔ Using our digital products for personal, non-commercial purposes if stated
✔ Saving website screenshots for vision boards or mood boards
5. PURCHASE LICENSES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
When purchasing digital downloads (if applicable), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use-only license.
You may NOT:
Resell, share, or redistribute the files
Claim the designs as your own
Use the designs commercially
Upload or sell them on Printify, Zazzle, Redbubble, or any POD service
Sell crafts, merch, or products using our designs
Share files with friends, family, students, or groups
Violations will result in copyright claims and immediate revocation of access.
6. PURCHASE LICENSES (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
When you purchase physical items (gift wrap, stationery, etc.), you receive a personal-use physical copy only.
You may NOT:
Scan the designs
Digitize or recreate them
Turn them into digital assets
Use them as patterns for new products
Reprint copies for resale
Turn them into SVGs, stickers, or clip art
7. USER CONTENT & COMMENTS
If you leave comments, reviews, or upload content:
You agree that:
Your content is not illegal, offensive, or infringing
You grant us the right to display and use your review or testimonial
You will not impersonate others or submit false information
We may remove any content we consider inappropriate.
8. WEBSITE ACCESS & SECURITY
You agree not to:
Attempt to bypass security measures
Use bots, scrapers, or download tools
Harm or disrupt the website
Attempt to steal, trace, or extract image files
Any misuse may result in account blocks and legal consequences.
9. DMCA TAKEDOWN POLICY
If you infringe our intellectual property, we will:
File a DMCA removal request
Notify any hosting platform or marketplace
Pursue damages and legal remedies
Pursue financial penalties for commercial misuse
We take IP protection seriously to safeguard original Black-owned artwork and character design.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our products and website are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:
Inaccurate information
Third-party errors
Website interruptions
Customer misuse
Product misinterpretation
Your use is at your own risk.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately once posted.
